Pilsen Region: recreational storey house with a covered SWIMMING POOL, separately standing SAUNA, GARDEN SITTING, and the OUTSIDE GRILL that is situated in the nice well-kept garden in really famous and planted area of the Český les, 7 km from Tachov, 30 km from Mariánské Lázně (spa) and 149 km from Prague.
Inside the cottage: kitchen with dining corner, table and chairs (el. cooker, microwave, fridge, electric kettle), bathroom (wash-basin, shower, toilet). Upper floor: living room with the TV+SAT, radio, folding sitting ser with a possibility of 2 extra beds 2 extra beds), 2/2 bedrooms.
In the case you´re interested, it´s possible to increase the capacity for 3 people - accommodation in the house of owner: 1/3 bedroom, bathroom and toilet. Heating: electric.

By the cottage: a fenced garden with a swimming pool (9,5 x 4,5 x 1,5m), grill, garden sitting, table tennis, sports grassed ground (volleyball, foot tennis, badminton, small football), on the shared plot it´s standing even the house of owner who sometimes use the garden and its background , excellent conditions for mushrooms and forest fruit picking.
Nearby attractions: tennis court: 3 km, indoor swimming pool: 7 km, exchange office: 7 km, cinema: 7 km, disco: 7 km, sauna: 7 km, minigolf: 7 km, squash: 7 km, fishing: 4 km, excellent terrains for cycling, Germany: 15 km (trip on the bike). Parking by the house for a free or in the garage 100,-Kč/day. You can rent for free tennis, badminton rackets, balls, bow and bikes for a fee.
In the house of owner (ca 30 m) is the gym with snooker, table tennis with simulator, darts, stylish restaurant (draught beer, refreshments) with a possibility of boarding in the case you´re interested (breakfast, HB, FB). Bathing: by the house or 3 km swimming pool in Studánka, restaurant: by the house of 3 km groceries: 3 km, train station: 7 km, bus stop: 100 m
