Under giant mountains: brick cottage to upstairs with SWIMMING BATH by forest in recreational area Dolce, 4 kilometres from Trutnov.
In the cottage in upstairs: big, atypical passenger lounge to possibilities 2 additional beds, there is a big terrace to sitting and outlook (three-piece suite, colour TV + SAT, radio, HIFI tower with MP3, DVD, fireplace) and kitchen corner (kitchen stove, oven, fridge, coffee maker, microwave, tea kettle, grill), bathroom with shower, washing tube and basin, toilet. In second floor: 1/2 bedroom, 1/3 bedroom with possibilities of additional bed. Heating: electric and on the solid fuels.

By the cottage is parking for max. 3 cars, SWIMMING BATH (average 3,5 metres), sun deck, unpaled garden with pergola, garden sitting, sand-pit (it´s possible to lend net on volleyball, badminton and football-tennis) and grill. In the surrounding bathing, fishing, tennis court, sportground, skiing, hiking, cycli.
Bathing: by the cotage or 150 metres (recreational pond) or 6 kilometres covered swimming bath and AQUAPARK (Trutnov), ski lift: 11 kilometres (Mladé Buky), 20 kilometres (Janské Lázně), restaurant: 300 metres, shop 300 m, train: 4 kilometres, bus: 4 kilometres
