Vysocina region: storey cottage with an outside SWIMMING POOL, that is located in the recreational area by the stream and 150 m from the recreational pond, in the chalet´s settlement nearby forest, 8 km from Humpolec. Inside the house: an entrance porch, large and airy room that is divided into a living and dining part with the TV, radio, sitting set, dining table with a fireplace and kitchen corner (electric stove, fridge and freezer, microwave, electric kettle), bathroom with a shower, wash-basin and toilet. Upper floor: 1/2 bedroom and 2/3 bedrooms (2 bedrooms with balcony). Heating: electric and solid fuel.

By the house: parking, outside small gazebo with a sitting, pergola, fire ring, sandpit, tennis court to rent 1 km, fishing permit to purchase 1 km. Bathing: by the house or 150 m (recreational pond), 15 km - swimming pool, indoor swimming pool in Havlíčkův Brod and outside swimming pool in Humpolec 8 km, ski lift: 15 km - Vysoká u Havlíčkova Brodu, restaurant: 4 km, groceries: 2 km, train station: 5 km, bus stop: 500 m.
Trip:
castle in Lipnice, ZOO in Jihlava, pilgrim´s place Křemešník, Vorlovská gamekeeper's lodge.
