Southern Bohemia: stylish wooden cottage with a shared pond, swimming pool, table tennis, trampoline, playing field, paintball and a huge estate for sports using, where you won´t be boring, cottage is located in a calm and quiet recreational area surrounded by forests, 400 m above the valley of the river Blanice, 3 km from Vodňany and 25 km from Týn nad Vltavou.
Inside the cottage: an entrance hall with the fridge, living room (TV+SAT, sitting set, small table, dining table, chairs), kitchen (equipped kitchen unit, gas stove, electric kettle, microwave), 1/2 bedroom (1 double bed, 2 sofas), bathroom (shower, wash-basin, toilet), upper floor: 1/2 bedroom (2 separate beds, 1 crib), 1/4 bedroom (1 double bed, 2 separate beds). It´s possible to play or rent for a fee: playing field, guns, masks and balls for paintball, for shooting - arrows, bow, crossbow, air gun, table tennis, russian skittles, croquet, petanque, darts, table games, Parking: by the cottage for free, ski lift: 45 km, bathing: by the cottage or 3 km swimming pool - Bavorov, restaurant: inside the cottage or 4 km, groceries: 4 km, bus stop: 4 km, train station: 4 km, tennis: 4 km, fishing: 50 m, horse riding: 3 km, sauna: 4 km.
