Description of cottage:
Krusne mountains: large and airy cottage with sauna, fireplace, swimming pool, covered fire ring and pergola, that is situated in the beatiful nature almost by the forest, on the huge plot (13ha) with a meadows and forest, in the neighbourhood of nature park Přebuz with lakes and moorlands, 10 km from Kraslice, 15 km from border line with Germany.
Inside the cottage: there is a living room (TV, fireplace, sitting set, small table with a chairs), dining room a small table and chairs, kitchen (kitchen unit, electric cooker, microwave, toaster, fridge, electric kettle, coffee maker, dishwasher), 1/3 bedroom with sitting and a fireplace, bathroom (wash-basin, shower, washing-machine), wash-basin, 2 toilets.
Upper floor: 6 bedrooms - 3/2, 1/3 and 2/3 with a possibility of 2 extra beds and with a crib - they´re walk-through and they have bathroom (shower, wash-basin, toilet) together, bathroom (shower, wash-basin, toilet).
Neighbourhood of cottage:
By the cottage: partly fenced large garden with a swimming pool (circle one - 4,5 x 1,5,), decorative trees and shrubs, fire ring, garden sitting, grill, pergola, trampoline, meadows and forests, paths for cycling, parking at the garden (for free). BONUS: 50 m from the cottage: there is a small agrofarm of owner with the animals (2 horses, cow, hens, rabbits, ...). Clients can visit this farm with the owner and mainly children can ride the horses or meet up with the animals. Cottage is separated from this farm, that´s a reason why the clients won´t be disturbing if they don´t want to - they have absolute privacy. Children can horse riding for a fee. Bathing: by the cottage or 1 km (pond - 6 km, quarry - 9 km), ski lift 12 km, restaurant 2 km, groceries 3 km, train station 5 km, bus stop 3 km, indoor swimming pool 25 km , golf 25 km, tennis court 4 km.
