We answer to your offer and conditions within 7 days.
If you agree with our conditions for cooperation, we will prepare the description of the text and send it to you for checking. You check the text and send it back to us. Afterwards, we put your property with photos into our offer. It is very simple.

Management of holiday chalets and cottages: In the Trutnov region we also offer complete management of holiday cottages, houses, pensions and apartments - ie. exchange of guests, cleaning, house inspection, solving common problems during the stay, etc., so we will relieve you of almost all the worries of renting.
