ADRSPACH ROCKS: attractive newly built recreational house with private SAUNA and WELLNESS HOT TUB, located not far away from well known Trutnov trails (famous bike trails) and the Giant mountains with glassed atrium, pub/bar in the basement, WIFI and spacious and modern kitchen, 15 from Adršpach rocks, 5 km from aquapark in Trutnov.

Inside the house: entrance hall with shoe cabinet, 6/2 bedrooms, bathroom (toilet, wash-basin and shower), bathroom (wash-basin, shower), 2x separated toilet, spacious living room with glassed atrium, TV, 2x extra bed, table, kitchen (dishwasher, el. kettle, fridge with freezer, oven, el. stove). Heating: electric and floor heating, pets: only small breeds. House is not suitable for parties.
