BROUMOV REGION: spacious, well-equipped recreational house with fenced garden, roofed SWIMMING POOL, SAUNA, WIFI, playground, pergola with seating, fire pit with seating, grill and table football, not far way from Broumov rock walls (climbing and so on), 29 km from Adršpach rocks, 10 km from national park "Góry Stolowe" in Poland , 39 km from Ratibořice with chateau or old mill and old cottages, 39 km from water dam Rozkoš, 14 km from ski centre Janovičky and 8 km from Broumov.

Inside the house: roofed terrace with seating, kitchen (equipped kitchen line, el. stove, oven, microwave, el. kettle, fridge with freezer, coffee maker, contact grill, toaster), dining room (table, chairs, corner bench, dining chair for kids), bathroom (wash-basin, shower, toilet, infra sauna), living room (LCDTV+SAT, radio, DVD player, seating set, seating, table games), 1/4 bedroom (2x separated bed, 1x double bed).

Upper floor: connecting hall with seating, 1/2 bedroom (1x double bed, childrens bed), 1/4 bedroom (2x separated bed, 1x double bed), bathroom (shower, wash-basin, toilet). Heating: central electric heating, floor heating - upper floor. House is not suitable for parties.
