CENTRAL BOHEMIA: storey cottage with above-ground SWIMMING POOL, SAUNA, TABLE TENNIS and WIFI located in the village by the forest, nearby water dam Slapy, 18 km from Příbram, 23 km from Sedlčany and 35 km from Praha.
Inside the cottage: spacious living room with seating (LCD TV, fireplace, bar - draft beer equipment for a fee, table tennis, pool, WIFI , table games), fully equipped kitchen (electric glass-ceramic hotplate, oven, 2x fridge, freezer, microwave, electric kettle, toaster, grill), sauna with a shower, 2x separated toilet, billiard.
Upper floor: 3/2 bedrooms (always double bed, TV) and 1/4 bedroom (1x double bed, 2x separated bed, TV), bathroom (shower, wash-basin), 1x separated toilet. Heating: combined (solid fuels + underfloor heating). This house is not separately located therefore it can´t be used for celebratings and parties.
