CENTRAL BOHEMIA: atypic and fully equipped one-time chateau from 18th century with historic furniture, heated and embedded SWIMMING POOL, TENNIS COURT and FIREPLACE located in the village of Halouny, next to the firest and nearby of Karlštejn castle, 15 km from Beroun.
Inside the house: entrance hall, library, bathroom (shower, wash-basin, toilet).
Upper floor: hall, living room (TV, fireplace, historic seating set), kitchen (glass-ceramic hotplate, oven, fridge, el. kettle), 2x 1/2 bedroom (always separated bed), bathroom (bath, was-basin, bidet, toilet).
Attic: 2x 1/2 bedroom (always separated bed). ATTENTION: there´re shorter beds in one of the bedrooms (original beds). Heating: electric - centrally manipulated (long-distance) by owner.
