EASTERN BOHEMIA: storey wooden cottage with a FIREPLACE and SWIMMING POOL at the edge of the recreational area near meadow and forest, 100 m from the recreational pond Špinka (bathing), 11 km from water dam Rozkoš in Česká Skalice and 9 km from Ratibořice (chateau, old mill,..).

Inside the cottage: entrance hall, roomy living room with kitchen and dining corner - fireplace, TV + SAT, seating set, big dining table with corner bench and chairs, equipped kitchen unit, electric double-cooker, stove, electric kettle, fridge, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, grill, exit to the grassed spot outside of the house with a swimming pool and a view of surroundings, bathroom (wash-basin, bath), toilet.

Upper floor: 2 separated mesonic bedrooms, each of them is divided into 1/3 + 1 extra bed in the ground floor and 1/2 bedroom in an opened upper floor accesible of wooden stairs - mattresses covered by sheets. Attention! It´s non smoking house. Sheets is not involved in price of accommodation - take your own or 40,- CZK/piece. Heating: fireplace.
