NOVOHRADSKÉ MOUNTAINS: airy, recreational house with a SWIMMING POOL in the beautiful nature near the forest with a lot of paths for cycling, garden pergola and vine cellar (it´s possible tu purchase a vine from Znojmo), it´s situated in the heart of Novohradské mountains, 12 km from Nové Hrady and 40 km from Český Krumlov and České Budějovice.
Inside the cottage: there is an entrance hall, living room with exit to the outside terrace (umbrella, garden furniture) and to the garden (TV, HiFi, video, CD player, fireplace, sitting set, 2 extra beds), large kitchen (electric cooker with oven, microwave, toaster, fridge, electric kettle, dishes), 2 dining rooms, bathroom (wash-basin, shower), separate toilet with wash-basin. Upper floor: 1/4, 2/3 bedroom, bathroom (wash-basin, corner bath), separate toilet with wash-basin.
Downer floor: there are 2 garages, laundry room with a washing machine, drying room with iron and ironing board, vine cellar with sitting and a possibility of purchasing of the vine. Heating: solid fuel + electric.
