ORLICKE MOUNTAINS: Newly reconstructed cottage with 2x FIREPLACE, outside SWIMMING POOL, playing room, INFRASAUNA, BILLIARD, TABLE TENNIS and TABLE FOOTBALL located in a fenced garden with roofed pergola (fireplace, seating) at the end of a small village, 3,9 km from the ski centre Červená Voda (there is possible to use the services of skibus that takes you to the ski centre directly from the cottage), 13 km from the ski centre Čenkovice with heated chair lift and 12 km from Dolní Morava.

Inside the cottage: porch with shoe cabinet, entrance hall with fridge + freezer, hall that connects front and back part of the cottage with infrasauna, roomy kitchen with dining corner and fireplace (LCDTV, DVD, fully equipped kitchen unit, el. stove with oven, microwave, toaster, el. kettle, dishwasher, chairs, 2x table), airy living room with fireplace, exit to the garden and to pergola (BVTV, radio, CD player, billiard, table football and table tennis, el. darts, el. dryer of the ski shoes).

Rooms on the ground floor: 1/4 bedroom (1x double bed, 2x separated bed), 1/4 + 1 bedroom (3x separated bed, 1x bunk bed), bathroom (bath, double wash-basin, washer, toilet), 1x separated toilet with wash-basin.

Upper floor:

straight - 1/4 bedroom (BVTV, 2x folden double bed, crib, small table).

On the right - maisonette apartment, on the ground floor: 1/2 living room (1x double bed, dining table, chairs, table football). Bathroom (shower, wash-basin, toilet. Upper floor: 1x separated bed and 1x triple bed.

On the left - maisonette apartment, on the ground floor: 1/3 living room with kitchen corner (1x double bed, 1x separated bed, fully equipped kitchen unit, glass-ceramic hotplate, el. oven, fridge + freezer, el. kettle, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, table, chairs), bathroom (shower, wash-basin, toilet), upper floor: 1x triple bed.

Heating: central (fireplace and el. boiler), heated floor in the bathroom.

The whole house is only yours no matter how many of you will actually come but remember the bedroom capacity will be limited according to the total number of reported people ("voucher"), so we recommend to reserve max. capacity - best value and no limits.

Parking: by the cottage for free (6 cars, excellent access road even in the winter months), ski lift: skibus just around the corner, ski lifts from 3,4 km.

In the surroundings: tennis: 1 km, recreational area of the eastern part of the Orlické mountains with newly reconstructed ski centre Červená Voda (3,9 km) with heated chair lift (connected with the ski centre Čenkovice), marvelous paths for cycling.
