SOUTHERN BOHEMIA: a recreational cottage located in wood´s area with a FIREPLACE, SWIMMING POOL, TRAMPOLINE, swing for kids, TABLE TENNIS and outside seating with a beautiful view of the river Stropnice with a possibility of FISHING, boat ride, situated 4 km from Římov, 10 km from Trhové Sviny and 20 km from Český Krumlov (UNESCO).
Inside the cottage: an entrance hall, depository room, living room (TV, DVD, stove, seating place), kitchen and dining space (kitchen equipment, electric cooker, electric kettle, fridge with a freezer, microwave, table and chairs), 1/4 bedroom with a nice view of the river and garden, bathroom (shower and wash-basin), separated toilet, outside terrace with a view of the forest.
Upper floor: 1/4 bedroom with a view of the river, garden and forest. Heating: fireplace - solid fuels (firewood is placed under the roof). It´s non-smoking house.

Right below the cottage is a fenced garden extending to the river Stropnice (50 m), there is a fridge carved into a rock with a chance to store food, beverages that dont fit in a fridge in the kitchen and a popular "seventh stair" where beer can be cooled down (it does work), at the river there is a ping pong table available, SWIMMING POOL (2 m in diameter, depth 55 cm), swing, place for fisherman, fireplace, mobile cast-iron grill. There is also an opportunity of mushrooms picking in the forest as well as there are bicycle paths and sights in the area. Parking for max. 3 cars.
