THE GIANT MOUNTAINS: recreational cottage in a quiet location [b]in front of the skibus station (50 m)[/b] and only about 500 m from the ski area with chairlift and 5 minutes by car from the Treetop Trail (Stezka korunami stromu). Chalet with SWIMMING POOL, WIFI and TRAMPOLINE, 4 km from the Janské Lázně ski resort and 12 km from Vrchlabí. Inside the house: entrance hall with ski room, living room kitchen (seating area, TV, fridge with freezer, hob, coffee maker, cooker, kettle, microwave), 1/2 bedroom (double bed, shower, sink, toilet), separate toilet, washing machine and dryer. Upstairs: 1/5 bedroom (double bed, bunk bed - for children, not adults, bathroom - shower, sink, toilet, small kitchenette), 1/3 bedroom (double and single bed, bathroom - shower, sink, WC), separate bathroom (shower, washbasin, WC), 1/2 bedroom (with smaller kitchenette and sitting area), 1/3 bedroom (double and single bed, bathroom - shower, washbasin, WC). A separate and completely separate part of the house is used irregularly by the owner of the house for her family. Heating: electric (floor and radiators).

KRUSNÉ MOUNTAINS: comfortable holiday house with fenced garden, LARGE CHILDREN'S PLAYGROUND, SWIMMING POOL and TRAMPOLINE, 2 km from Kraslice and 5 km from the border with Germany with the possibility of nearby [b]skiing[/b]. On the ground floor: entrance hall, lounge (seating area, BVTV, O2 TV, pay TV channels, HBO, AMC, WIFI, Playstation 4K games console, radio) with kitchenette (fridge with freezer, microwave, oven, ceramic hob, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, seating area, dishwasher, toaster), bathroom (shower, sink, toilet, washing machine), 1/6 bedroom (2x double bed, 2x extra bed). Upstairs: 4/3 bedrooms (always 1x double bed and 1x sofa bed - extra bed), 1x bathroom with shower, sink and toilet, 1x separate toilet and sink. Heating: solid fuel - fireplace, electric direct heating - heating on electric boiler. Charging of electric cars is possible directly at the house (we recommend when ordering to write in the "notes" that you have an electric car). We highly recommend this house!

KRUŠNÉ MOUNTAINS: above-standard holiday house with a sunken TRAMPOLINE, fenced garden, playground and SWIMMING POOL, under Bublava village, 20 km from Sokolov, 5 km from the border with Germany and 5 km from Rotava in the Krušné Mountains. On the ground floor: entrance hall, lounge (seating area, TV, O2 TV, pay TV programs, HBO, AMC, WIFI internet, radio, sofa bed, children's corner) with kitchenette (fridge with freezer, microwave, ceramic hob, oven, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, seating area, dishwasher, toaster), bathroom (shower, sink, hairdryer, toilet, washing machine, clothes dryer, ironing board, iron). Upstairs: 2/2 bedrooms with double bed, 1/4 bedroom with double bed and 2x single beds, 1x separate toilet, it is possible to rent a travel cot for children up to 3 years (upon prior request). Heating: electric, on the ground floor - underfloor heating, upstairs - radiators for electric boiler. We highly recommend this house!

ORLICKÉ MOUNTAINS: recreational cottage located at partly secluded place with WIFI, above ground SWIMMING POOL, fireplace or TRAMPOLINE, built in 1863 at quiet place, 9 km from Žamberk and 12 km from Ústí nad Orlicí. Inside the house: entrance hall, living room (fireplace, WIFI, seating, 3x separated bed, TV with a PC connection (up to 105 programs , incl. HBO or NETFLIX), back room with porch entrance - 1/2 bedroom (closet with toys), cot (it can be placed anywhere), O2TV (up to 105 programs, incl. HBO, youtube, NETFLIX), kitchen (fridge, stove, fireplace, el. kettle, el. stove with hot-air oven, pantry, microwave, freezer, blender, dual hot plate), bathroom (wash-basin, bath with shower, hairdryer, washer, steam iron, potty), separated toilet. Upper floor: 1/5 bedroom (it´s possible to move beds as you wish, radio), it´s possible to add one extra bed outside of bedroom (mattress - summer). THE GIANT MOUNTAINS: roomy and storey recreational house with large FENCED GARDEN, embedded and heated SWIMMING POOL, WIFI, FIREPLACE, WHIRLPOOL, playground and SKI LIFTS nearby, located in famous ski center of the western part of the Giant mountains with VIEW of surroundings., 9 km from Vrchlabí, 10 km from Jilemnice and 20 km from Špindlerův Mlýn, Inside the cottage: entrance hall, living room with fireplace (TV + SAT, DVD player, HIFI, seating set, chairs), kitchen with dining corner (fully equipped kitchen countertop, gas stove, el. oven, 2x fridge, microwave, el. kettle, toaster, TV + SAT), 1/2 bedroom (1x double bed, wash-basin), 1/3 bedroom (3x separated bed), bathroom (2x shower), 2x separated toilet (gents and ladies). JESENÍKY MOUNTAINS: renovated spacious recreational wellness house (former farmhouse) with indoor and inground HEATED POOL, SAUNA, BATHING BARREL, trampoline, outdoor seating, children's playground and parking in the enclosed garden, with fireplace, 6 km from Slezská Harta (fishing, water sports, swimming), 40 km from Olomouc and 30 km from Opava. Inside the house on the ground floor: spacious lounge (seating for up to 25 people, TV), bar (draft beer equipment, beer available on request, coffee machine, seating), kitchen (dishwasher, fridge, freezer, microwave, oven, stove, coffee maker, kettle), separate "cold" room for food storage, 2 x toilet (men's/women's), children's corner (football, TV, toys, seating, games for children), social "club" (pool table, TV, darts, seating), 7 double rooms, 1 single room. Inside the cottage: entrance hall, living room with kitchen and dining corner (TV + SAT, fireplace, seating set - 2x extra bed, radio, WIFI, el. glass-ceramic hotplate, fridge + freezer, oven, hot-air oven, microwave, el. kettle, toaster, grill, table, chairs), 1x 1/3 bedroom (1x double bed, 1x separated bed), bathroom (shower, wash-basin, toilet, washer), stairs up to floor. GIANT MOUNTAINS: large, above standard cottage with a SWIMMING POOL and WIFI in the recreational area of the GIANT MOUNTAINS with a FIREPLACE, nearby ski centre Prkenný Důl, 3 km from Žacléř. Inside the cottage: attic 3/2, 1/3, 1/4 (all of rooms with a possibility of extra bed) and 1/4 bedroom, all bedrooms are equipped by toilet and shower. On the ground floor: 1/4 suite, toilet, shower, bath. On the ground floor: there is a large living room with an exit to the roofed terrace and swimming pool, dining room, large kitchen corner -s tove, separate oven, fridge, microwave, electric kettle, coffee maker, freezer, TV + SAT, radio, fireplace.
